REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns up to 3 days after delivery within New Zealand, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
REPLACEMENTS:
We are happy to offer a replacement box if your box has arrived damaged. Please see DAMAGES below.
Sorry, we can't exchange your Box if you have changed your mind. But drop us an email anyway and we will assess each case individually.
DAMAGES:
In the unlikely event your Box arrives damaged, please advise us within 24 hours of delivery at gidday@boxofnz.co.nz, include your order number and if possible a photo of the box and item's condition. Also please retain all the original packaging so we can make a claim on your behalf with our courier and arrange a replacement if the claim is successful.
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution,
NON DELIVERY:
You must advise us of any non delivered items within 10 days of purchase so we can make a claim on your behalf with our courier and arrange a replacement if the claim is successful. All items are tracked, it's rare but items can go missing.
