Shipping Policy

 

ORDER PROCESSING:

 

Please allow three business days to process your order. We dispatch our boxes Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s. Expect an email within 2 business days letting you know your order is on the way, the email will contain a tracking link. 

 

STORE PICKUP - Sorry, we don’t allow pickups. 

 

LOCAL DELIVERY:

During checkout, enter your full address and contact details. Local delivery is available for addresses within New Zealand.If you are an International customer and you select local delivery, your Box may not be dispatched.  

 

Orders placed on the weekend will be dispatched Monday as long as the address has been received, you have selected the correct delivery option and paid in full.  

 

When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. 

 

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:

Orders are generally shipped within 2 days, usually Monday & Wednesday.  Our flat rate shipping fee for Local Delivery applies to orders shipped within New Zealand. 

LOCAL SHIPPING RATES:

Shipping charges for your order will be applied and displayed at checkout. 

Free shipping may be applied at the discretion of Box of NZ 

LOCAL DELIVERY:

Estimated Delivery Time:

Wellington:             1-2 Days 

North Island:           1-3 Days  

South Island:          2-5 Days

Please Note: Rural deliveries can take a little longer.

However, delivery is out of our hands and many factors can come into play during delivery. We always supply a tracking link and will endeavor to keep you posted in the event there is a significant delay.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:  

We currently do not offer International Delivery, however keep an eyee out as this could change in the near future.

TRACKING: 

An email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided once the Box has been collected. Please advise us if you don't receive the email by contacting us at gidday@boxofnz.co.nz

 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

We accept returns up to 3 days after delivery within New Zealand, if the item is unused and in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 


We are happy to offer a replacement box which will be sent on receipt of the returned box. No delivery charge will be applied on replacement boxes.

DAMAGES:

In the unlikely event your Box arrives damaged, please advise us within 24 hours of delivery at gidday@boxofnz.co.nz, include your order number and if possible a photo of the box and item's condition. Also please retain all the original packaging so we can make a claim on your behalf with our courier and arrange a replacement if the claim is successful. 

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution, 

NON DELIVERY:

You must advise us of any non delivered items within 10 days of purchase so we can make a claim on your behalf with our courier and arrange a replacement if the claim is successful. All items are tracked, it's rare but items can go missing.
